Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: £5.99
- Free delivery on orders over £75.00
Charges are confirmed at checkout before you pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
All bait is made and packed by us in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed.
Once collected from us, our courier APC Overnight aims to deliver the following working day. In practice, most customers receive their order 2 to 5 working days after ordering.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
If your delivery is late
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of the order being placed, or within any specific timescale we have agreed with you in writing, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.
Where late delivery is caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control, we will keep you informed and do what we reasonably can to resolve it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at octopusbaits@gmail.com — if the order has not yet been collected by the courier we will do our best to correct it.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at octopusbaits@gmail.com. Photographs help us resolve damage claims quickly with the courier. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to the address you gave us.
