We cannot accept returns on opened bait, liquids, powders, or any consumable fishing products for safety and hygiene reasons.

5.2 Refund Method – Loyalty Points

All approved refunds are issued as loyalty points through our OctopusBaits loyalty system.

Loyalty points:

Are credited once the return is processed
Can be used on any future order
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Hold no monetary value outside our store

This ensures fair pricing and rewards returning customers.

5.3 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours with photos.
We will:

Replace the item or
Issue loyalty points equal to the item value
